4 ¶ I heard another voice from heaven, saying, “Come out of her, MY PEOPLE, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues;
5 for her sins have piled up as high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.
6 “Pay her back even as she has paid, and give back to her double according to her deeds; in the cup which she has mixed, mix twice as much for her.
7 “To the degree that she glorified herself and lived sensuously, to the same degree give her torment and mourning; for she says in her heart, ‘I SIT as A QUEEN AND I AM NOT A WIDOW, and will never see mourning.’
8 “For this reason in one day her plagues will come, pestilence and mourning and famine, and she will be burned up with fire; for the Lord God who judges her is strong.

((For years I have avoided what God has kept laying on my heart concerning this chapter, Mostly because I truly don't feel qualified to try to influence others to believe what I "feel" God speaking to me thru this chapter. I don't have enough time here to go into great details but just read the whole chapter asking God to reveal to your heart who or what country best fits the descriptions given in this chapter. Then go back and RE-read verse 4.
I have to say this much. We ALL need to be aware of our surroundings both personal and on the world stage. And then apply verse 4 to our personal lives. I'm not saying we are at this point on God's prophetic timeline, YET. We are getting close. But I am saying this should give us all the more reason and urgency to be on our knees daily praying for our country and our leaders. Pleading with God to cleanse our nation and Put Himself back in The center of our Government,
Schools and Churches. Oh and by the way we need to remove ourselves from the debauchery, sexual sins, sins of drug and alcohol abuse, all sins and immorality of our nation and the culture that satan has so craftily raised up all around us. We as God's people can not be casually complicit much less indulging in them ourselves. I know this hits close to home, my feet and mostly my heart is a bloody mess right now, but we must, we must repent personally and as a nation and be on our knees daily imploring God to heal us and our nation. Please Pray for each other, our Pastors and our Nation's Leaders. Pray for the supernatural Hand of God to protect our nation at this most vulnerable time in our history, and pray for God to give us the strength to stand up and speak His truths through grace and love, and even tough love, as needed.))
((Father forgive me for my willingness to overlook sins so common place that the world laughs at us for standing up against them. And standing up for your word. Forgive me for being complicit and keeping my mouth shut when I should have been standing up and speaking up. Father give me strength and courage and put the right words in my mouth at the right moment. I stand on Your promises Lord and I know You are THE one and only God and that You honor and keep Your promises. Amen.))
