8 When He, ((Jesus)), had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, EACH ONE holding a harp and golden bowls full of INCENSE, which are the prayers of the saints.

((In the temple God had priests burning Incense beside the altar. This was a Soothing, Pleasing, aroma to God. Now, here the saints prayers are INCENSE to God. There is so much here we can't possibly cover it all but the simple questions are; Are we saints before God and if so are we praying to God continuously? That doesn't mean every second of every minute but it does mean we are to have an ongoing dialogue with God throughout the entire day. Praying about everything. Let's look at what Jesus says about us in verses 9 & 10.))

9 And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are You, ((Jesus)), to take the book and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood MEN from EVERY TRIBE and TONGUE and PEOPLE and NATION.
10 “YOU, ((Jesus)), have made them to be A KINGDOM and PRIESTS TO OUR GOD; and they will reign upon the earth.”

((Jesus purchased us and He made us Priests. We are saints if we are truly His. And our prayers are Incense to God. AMEN! I don't know about you but that gives me JOY and PEACE and COMFORT AND CONFIDENCE.))
